These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by AIA Builders Inc. (“AIA Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://aiabuilders.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides general information about our general contracting services in Southern California, including tenant improvements, residential ADUs, design/build, pre-construction, and construction management.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Project details, pricing, timelines, and scope are subject to change.
No contract from website use
Use of the Site does not create a binding construction contract, quote, or agreement. Any estimate, proposal, or contract for construction work will be provided separately in writing and must be signed by both parties before work begins.
Submitting a contact or quote form does not guarantee availability, pricing, or project acceptance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our forms
Intellectual property
